Tape clips, clamps & fixings to IEC 62561 — securing and jointing every conductor run.
DC clips and tape clips for bare, tinned, PVC and LSF covered tape; square, test and junction clamps; and clamps, bonds and sockets for 8mm round conductor and cable up to 185mm².
The Conductor Accessories Range
Conductor accessories fix the conductor network to the structure and joint it together — clips that hold tape runs in place, clamps that connect, cross and test conductors, and bonds that tie the system into the building.
Unitech DC clips and tape clips are made for every conductor in the range — bare and tinned copper tape, PVC and LSF covered tape, aluminium tape and stainless steel tape — in sizes from 12.5 x 1.5mm up to 50 x 6mm, with non-metallic clips colour-matched to covered conductors.
For jointing and testing, the range continues with square clamps, oblong test and junction clamps with their junction boxes, cross junction clamps and bimetallic connectors — plus a full set of clamps, saddles, bonds and sockets for 8mm diameter round conductor and cable up to 185mm².
- DC clips to IEC 62561-4 — bare & tinned copper, stainless steel and aluminium, for tape from 12.5 x 1.5mm to 50 x 6mm.
- Non-metallic clips — PVC and LSF clips in green, grey, white and brown; other PVC colours to BS 5252 available on request.
- Clamps to IEC 62561-1 — square, oblong test / junction, cross junction, tee and jointing clamps for tape and round conductor.
- Matched materials — copper, tinned copper, aluminium and stainless steel, to suit the conductor system and avoid bimetallic corrosion.
- Cable fixings to 185mm² — square cable clamps and cable test junction clamps in copper and tinned copper.
